This is in an odd part of Redford Township that definitely feels like "the country", still has ditches. Oddly isolated and yet right off Plymouth and Telegraph.
There is a 7 Up bottling plant at the end of the street and the Redford post office and a police station.
The yard is a bit odd shaped. It's a corner lot sort of triangular. The bulk of the usable grass is behind the garage. But is totally fenced.
I like it. Cheap cheap cheap.... and it ridiculously sold for $115,000 back in 2005. Crazy!
I'm intrigued by this place. It doesn't feel like a "smart" decision and yet I'm drawn to it. My gut says yes My intelligent, don't end up in a neighborhood that other people won't find cute / charming / yuppie says no.
